School Food Matters Project
“An empty stomach is not a good political adviser.” – Albert Einstein
‘School Food Matters’, this is a term used by Safe Hands Educational Project – Charity, because underpinning our belief and values, is that children who are well fed in school, or even before they go to school, are better able to concentrate, and do better learning for the day. The long term effect of “school food matters” is that this can contribute to national development and one day in the future, these children will be able to give back to society.
Since the project started we have seen that the attendance and punctuality in the schools being supported has increased, and the children are more excited to attend school, With this in mind, we the members of the charity will continue to say that “School Food Matters” as our mantra.
